YES!! Today I finally received my very first copy of Papercrafts, an American card-making magazine. I've subscribed for a year a few months ago and was wondering how long it would take for me to get my first copy. I will take it with me when I go to Spaign so I can relax and enjoy reading it.

Today I receaved the photoswap Haandrik van Dolls and decorations made for me. A photoswap is when you send someone a picture size 10x15 cm and she makes a lo size 20x20cm. She send you a picture which you scrap for her. When you're both finished, you agree to send the swaps to eachother.

This is the lo I made for Jannie, the picture shows her husband and his friend having fun. The star can be used for journaling.











This is the lo Jannie made for me. I really like what she's done and I am very happy with it. So thanks Jannie, just love the swap you made me.

You will always have a place in my heart

This lo was made for yet another contest. The assignment was to use 13 (!) pictures on a lo or spread. This was what I came u with. My sister gave birth to a baby boy last winter and I just loved to use these pictures.

Some cards

I've made some cards a while ago and since I find my blog to be very empty still, I decided to place the cards on my blog also. I'd like to know what you think of them.

My baby pictures

I asked my parents to copy my baby pictures because I wanted to scrap my own baby album. On these two lo's you can see my father giving me a bath. I love these old pictures, it shows how my parents lived and what products they used to use and how much every day things changed.

This lo was made to enter a contest but I didn't make it trough the second round, to bad. The girl in the picture is Katja, who'm I babysit on monthly. She looks very cute, but is a handfull.....so that's why I alway's call her my "Sweet little Monster".

Made some cards

Hi, last juli i've met some scrapgirls at Heidi's place for a full day of scrapbooking fun. We've met through the forum of Scrappen Doe Je Zo and agreed to come together for a day and scrap and have fun. Most of us agreed to do a make and take or a challenge and Iris, one of the girls, let us make cards with flower folding templates. Yesterday I've finished the cards and this is what they look like.
